Friday 10th December will always be a sad day for the Huxtables and the team at Empress Park Stud following the passing of our wonderful stallion Voila Ici.
'Frenchie' had become part of the furniture over the last few years at the Stud and though he will not see all his progeny race, he did stay with us long enough to know that his first daughter graced the racetrack a few weeks back. His blood will live on with good numbers of wean-lings and yearlings safely in our care as we speak. His progeny of 2-3 year olds will hit the tracks in 2022 which will no doubt do him proud.
After a few difficult days, the Empress Park team are back to business getting Voila Ici's stock ready for potential buyers again as per usual or educating the current stock for our wonderful owners. Thank you for the memories 'Frenchie' you will never be forgotten
